The wellness commitment is something we take extremely seriously, and it is a topic particularly close to the heart of our Commercial Manager and Partner, Jennie Stallings.

Jennie has almost 30 years of experience across the US, the Middle East, and Africa as an Ergonomic Specialist, Wellness Consultant, residential and commercial Interior Designer, Trainer, and furniture guru. Three years after coming on board, we asked Jennie what makes ChelseaGREEN unique and what we might see next.

 

How did your journey with ChelseaGREEN start?

I knew Alan, ChelseaGREEN’s Founder and Managing Director, as a friend and industry colleague for many years. We always had a good synergy, sharing a commitment to people-first products that prioritise wellbeing. Three years after starting the company, Alan asked me to join him and contribute to its growth. I joined as Commercial Manager in 2022 before becoming a Partner.

What makes the company special?

Having worked in the global interior design and commercial furniture sector for many years now, I can honestly say that ChelseaGREEN stands out for its passionate, hardworking, creative, and diverse team.

What is the biggest compliment you could receive from a client?

Kind words are always welcome, but the biggest reward is when clients show they trust us by asking us to work on more projects with them.

What do today’s companies want from a furniture supplier?

While the specific requirements depend on the individual company, the majority want a true partner in the process who is willing to collaborate and adapt.

What are ChelseaGREEN’s goals for 2025?

Of course, we have sales targets that we hope to achieve; however, the main thing is to keep building on the significant progress made during 2024 and continue having fun doing the work we love to do.
